 Aromor New CEO
& President
It is
with great honor that Aromor Flavors & Fragrances Ltd. announces Mr.
Abraham Kleiner as the new CEO and President as of March 2008.
Mr.
Kleiner has many years of experience in the Chemical Manufacturers world.
He held the respected position of the CEO for Agan Chemical Manufacturers,
the VP of operations for Agan and the position of Production manager in
Makhteshim.
Mr.
Kleiner holds an Ms.C. and Bs.C. in Chemical engineering.
The
Aromor Board of Directors strongly believes that his personality, wealth of
management experience and his vast experience in the F&F industry will
be invaluable in strengthening Aromor by improving company stability,
production and R&D processes, enhancing the level of service,
broadening the scope of activities and increasing the range of products.
We all
wish Mr. Kleiner good luck in his new position.

& Fragrances of Israel announces the
opening of Aromor Flavors and Fragrances Inc. on the 1st January 2005.
The office is located in Englewood Cliffs , New Jersey. We believe
that this is an important step forward for Aromor in its aims to establish
a stronger presence in the USA
.
Aromor F&F
acquired shares in the company of InnoScent Ltd
Aromor Flavors &
Fragrances, one of the leading F&F companies in Israel, has announced that it has
acquired shares in the company of InnoScent Ltd and has taken
responsibility for its future business development and product marketing.
Innoscent Ltd was created by Professor Mel Rosenberg and Dr. Karl Laden in
1996 to provide the commercial vehicle for innovations in the area of
masking bad odors in various end product applications. "BreathanolTM
", a product for both flavour and fragrance applications, is a trade
name of InnoScent in the area of masking bad odors. Products containing
BreathanolTM are currently sold in several countries for mouth and body
odor control.
With the combined resources of Prof. Rosenberg and the Aromor team it is
envisaged that this combined venture will provide important assistance to
InnoScent in marketing its technologies, and will make a valuable addition
to the Aromor business portfolio.
